In the case of new parts, you will also receive either – together with the first delivery – the ISIR report (Initial Sample Inspection Report) compliant with VDA 2 or the PSW (Part Submission Warrant) compliant with AIAG.
Besides most innovative planning, defect analysis, prevention methods and techniques are thoroughly applied, including (but not limited to):
- APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
- PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
- PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis)
- SPC (Statistical Process Control)
- MSA (Measurement System Analysis)
FINAL INSPECTION
We also offer on request 100% manual (visual) inspection to achieve ultimate accuracy. Anything that a camera can not detect, e.g. a cross-bore or ease of movement of a thread, is manually inspected.
